In every way Kellys service to us in selling our property in Mount Wellington was exceptional. It was a difficult task. Faced with selling a small unit in need of extensive maintenance, she had to convince us that a complete renovation was the best option. Kellys helped finalise specifications for the work, arranged a contractor to do the job and supervised the work as it happened. Her communication skills were evident throughout, as was her enthusiasm and persistence with the contract detail. These qualities were also evident once the work had been completed. During the 3 week period before the auction Kellys held open home sessions each weekend. She followed these up with weekly reports and a weekly review meeting.
