An absolute gem: always helpful, always cheerful and always professional.

Kelly was an absolute masterclass agent throughout. Whenever I had a query that she could not answer she would promptly follow-up with the vendor. Buying a house is a very stressful situation. Kelly, astutely read me well and helped me through the whole process. She was very forthcoming with information and advice and I always gained the impression she was doing her very best for me, even though I know her primary responsibility was to get the best deal for the vendor. What I really appreciated about Kelly was her honesty. Some of the questions I put to her were somewhat tricky and I always got the impression that her answers were genuine and honest. Frankly, if it was not for Kelly we would have missed out on the house at the auction. We were outbid at the auction and were on our way out of the room as the successful bidder met with the parties to sign the deal. Kelly stopped us and suggested we hang around for a bit as "you never know what might happen at an auction". Sure enough, the highest bidder and the vendor couldn't reach an agreement, it went back to auction and, for a few extra dollars, we were successful.
