Selling was important to us but we were treated as being more important than the sale

Kelly was genuinely interested in us and to take on the sale of the property on on our behalf. She did not 'muck around', the unit went up for auction 4 weeks after our first meeting; we knew all the possibilities with the sale because she happily explained all our questions no matter how big or small; we were kept informed of everything that was happening even though we were away for 3 weeks; she did the same through the auction process. Kelly met with us on our terms. We felt valued. If we could give her 11/10 we would confidently do so.
