The process was long from initial consultation. Kelly was always professional in her conduct and kept contact to an appropriate level. The actual selling process was clear and well managed, and I particularly appreciated her assistance with external contractors. Kelly was straight forward and frank which was greatly appreciated as I did not want anything sugar coated. I believe Kelly went beyond what I consider her scope would have been, but in saying that I would wish that this would be the norm for real estate practice.
