Kelly helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding!

Team KellyO has been outstanding in getting our property from tenanted-and-tired to sparkling and sale-ready in just 23 days. Working brilliantly together with rental agent Ailsa, tradies and other personnel that he has built relationships with over the years, Kelly put paid to my initial reservations about whether it could all happen in a short timeframe in order to make our next property purchase feasible. We appreciated being consulted and kept informed throughout the campaign. While I was iffy at first re auction being the way to market our property, I came to trust Kelly's marketing skills which created heightened buyer interest and produced a post-auction multi offer and a result above asking price. We're absolutely delighted!
