My wife and I recently moved from Auckland to a Tauranga in the hopes of buying our first home in New Zealand. We have two adult boys who will be living with us in the interim, so finding the right house with just enough space, in a good location, was our priority. We can’t say enough good things about Kelly. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable with endlessly patience throughout the negotiation process. She answered every question and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. We were rather nervous buying a home in Tauranga and unsure of the potential pitfalls, but working with Kelly was a pleasure. She discussed all issues and concerns we had and went out of her way to ensure they were addressed quickly. The entire family commented on how easily approachable she was. We highly recommend her.
