Kelly was acting for the vendor, but that didn't stop her from making our home-buying experience genuinely smooth. She was responsive, clear, and honest throughout, always quick to answer questions and happy to keep us in the loop, even though we weren't technically her client. Buying a home comes with plenty of stress, but Kelly's professionalism and communication took a lot of that off our plate. She struck the right balance of representing the vendor's interests while still being straightforward and easy to work with on our side.
