It was a real pleasure to work with you Te-o-Wai and Gareth on the purchase of this special property. I really appreciate your feedback and I look forward to seeing what you do with this property on the main street of Patea. It was really special to sell to someone local who is invested in the township and furthering the business sector. All the best!!!
