Having been a real estate agent in the past, I found very it difficult to charge my Clients fees up to 4%, plus advertising costs, therefore I searched for a great real estate company/Agent that charged reasonable fees, discovering Arizto, in particular, Kelly Anderson. Arizto’s fees are a total of $15,000 (inclusive GST) that include all sale fees and advertising costs, excellent photographs, walk around video and floor plan. I engaged Kelly and from the date she initiated the marketing of my home, we had three weekends of open homes, three offers and sold my home for a price exceeded my expectations.
