I found Keith McDonald a person you could get on really easily and someone who says things and gets the job done. He sold my house in very quick time and getting what I was after. His communication with me was excellent and sufficient plus helping out with getting the nitty gritty things to finalise the sale, he knew what he was doing and did it well. Thanks Keith. 👏😀
Keith has done an amazing job with the marketing and sale of my house. He kept me up to date with what was happening throughout the campaign. Keith definitely worked in the best interests of the seller but almost to the detriment to the buyer. I found keiths approach to negotiation on the verge of bullying. I am quite confident whilst we were negotiating Keith did not present my price to the seller. When I asked him if he did he did not respond. Keith was great at the pre negotiation stage and after a sales and purchase agreement was signed but his negotiation style was unprofessional. His style may work for someone in the older generation but not the younger. Based on principle I was about to walk away from purchasing thr house simply due to Keith and his approach. Id rather not buy a house if the agent is going to work like that. But as soon as the sale went through keith was happy as Larry. Sorry not like how I work. Also I suggest don't send the "rats my agent" feedback until the full sale has gone through. Ie settlement has occurred. Overall
