I couldn’t recommend Kees highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and made the whole process of preparing and selling my house so much easier and less stressful than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most was how much Kees helped me get the property ready to go on the market. He went above and beyond, helping organise everything that needed doing around the house, including getting the lawns and gardens looking their best, sorting out paintwork and other small jobs that made a big difference to the overall presentation of the property. He also helped organise the staging of the house, which took another big job off my hands. His communication throughout the whole process was great, and everything felt well organised and ran really smoothly. Thanks to his advice, attention to detail and hard work, we were able to get the house looking great, onto the market and sold very quickly. On top of all that, Kees was always kind, approachable and easy to deal with. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to make the process as easy as possible for me. I’m extremely grateful for everything Kees did and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
