We contacted Kees a couple of weeks before christmas looking for advice on selling our home that we have lived in for 24 years. His initial advice was to wait till after the traditional down time, but listened to us when we pushed to go straight to market. We missed at the first flush (Pre Christmas so not too surprising) and in the new year Kees kept our positivity high with his professionalism and market knowledge and a suggestion of setting a marketable price. He was still friendly and helpful when we found another home that we loved and pushed him to drop the price and sell! He got us over the line. His post sale negotiation between us and the purchaser was a real life saver. As can happen, we hit a couple of small hitches but Kees stayed on the game and made what could have been a major issue (if left to lawyers), a very simple solution. He was completely honest and open to needs and respected our opinion. He acted with the highest of integrity and got the job done!
