Kees Meeuws

Kees is a very dedicated agent, and is great with people. The fact that many people already know his name and background is a helpful conversation starter and another small detail that helps to get potential buyers interested in the sale. Kees makes plenty of time to interact with people personally and make a sale actually happen. These people skills are the most important qualities of an agent. The flipside to this is that Kees comes across as less skilled in written communication. For instance, written advertisements from him can come across as bland and simply lacking something. I would advise clients to proofread his promotional wording for both fact and literary flow, and suggest any edits that you deem necessary to improve this. Kees would do well to make more use of others in his office who may be more naturally talented in this area. There is no real need for Kees himself to improve this, as it is a minor part of the work of a real estate agent - it just happens once at the start of the marketing campaign. Interpersonal skills are more important, and that is where Kees shines. Kees was able to successfully secure several decent offers, and a final sale for our property, for a fair price, within a prompt timeframe. I am very impressed with the work that he did, and very pleased with the result.
