We first met her while viewing other properties, including one we were convinced was going to be “the one.” But after taking the time to actually get to know us as a couple, our family, our lifestyle and what we really needed from a home, she seemed to understand what would suit us better than we did 😂 There was never any pressure to buy or settle for something that wasn’t right. She was always incredibly honest with us, and if she didn’t think a property suited our family or our lifestyle, she would say so. In the end, she matched us with a house that wasn’t even on the market yet because she just had a feeling it was right for us — and she was absolutely right. That house is now our very first home 🥹❤️ She guided us through the entire process, answered every question (including all the dumb ones 😂), made sure we understood what was happening and that we were comfortable every step of the way. She also made sure we were getting the right information and support from everyone else involved, which made such a huge difference as first-home buyers trying to navigate it all for the first time. She genuinely cared about finding the right HOME for our family, not just selling us a house, and that meant more to us than we can probably put into words.
