We had first mentioned our thoughts on selling to him a while ago. During the interim he had stayed in touch with us being a local man himself, and so when we finally decided to sell we naturally invited him over and gave him the first option to take our family house to market. During that meeting he thoroughly explained the sale process from every angle; open home, auction, social media etc. and in passing mentioned a possible ‘targeted buyer’ who was looking in the area. We agreed to a specific visit, they came and viewed and within two hours (and a couple of phone calls) we had sold! No photos, staging, open homes or nail biting waits! Kaz was with us throughout the process, keeping us updated on anything we had asked or often more importantly anything he felt we needed to know. Excellent communication and very helpful.
