We've known Kay for many years. She sold us our house in Dunedin, then sold it for us 18 years later at the price we wanted. I would like to say that I found Kay Lucas to be a very Bright and Cherry and enthusiastic person when I noticed a small house for sale and called in to an open home. She was able to provide me with all the relevant details so I could then get Hubby on board and take him along to the next open home.
