We've known Kay for many years. She sold us our house in Dunedin, then sold it for us 18 years later at the price we wanted. I would like to say that I found Kay Lucas to be a very Bright and Cherry and enthusiastic person when I noticed a small house for sale and called in to an open home. She was able to provide me with all the relevant details so I could then get Hubby on board and take him along to the next open home. We knew what we were looking for and Kay was great with the negotiations and making this purchase happen. Now we would just like to say thanks for making our son so welcome when he was able to visit what will be his new home.
