It was a wonderful experience working with Katy in a very difficult market and in regard to a house that attracted only limited interest. Never at any point did Katy's enthusiasm and professionalism lapse. In some ways Katy was thrown to the lions WRT to selling our house and the fact that it sold is a tribute to her. I also appreciated her sense of humour. I have also noticed that during the time we have worked together her skill set has widened.
