Katrina did a very good job selling my property in what is described as a slower market. The presentation for online marketing was very good, including extensive photos internally and externally. The communication also was excellent with very prompt replies to text and emails. In this case there was also extensive liaison with two other major Hamilton Real Estate firms, which gave greater exposure to a larger number of agents. Good communication plus good presentation equals good result.

Overall Katrina was extremely helpful, polite, and lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. Out of all the real estate agents we met, Katrina was our favourite by far.
