Katrina is a very competent agent and is always on hand to help in any way she can to enhance a sale. It has taken a long time to achieve a sale on our property in a very trying property market. However, Katrina was always on hand to continuously offer encouragement and advice as to the market status. We have had quite a few offers and contracts on our property, however, because of the market status all potential buyers where unable to sell their properties. With painstakingly work by our agents we have now managed to secure a sale and will be moving to our new property shortly.
