This is the second property i have sold with Katy, this time she has teamed with Nicky, Having had it listed with another agent for 6 months and told no interest. Within the first 24hrs of listing they had a viewing was under contract with in 3 days, unconditional in 8 days, first property with Katy sold in 2 weeks .
