Katie acted as a buyers agent for us recommended to us by our mortgage broker. As first home buyers, we had started the process ourselves and spent a few months struggling with the whole process but as soon as we met with Katie we knew we were in great hands! Katie was extremely patient with us and dedicated many Sundays going to open homes and helped us immensely in narrowing down the search providing options that we may have otherwise overlooked. She was proactive with communication and was open and honest which is sometimes hard to find with agents. It took the pressure off us in putting in offers and was a great support at the auctions we went to. Despite becoming very down beat and wary after many months of looking, she kept our spirits high and we were thankful that we finally were able to win our first house at auction and had Katie there through the nerve-wracking negotiation process and final inspections before settlement.
