Katie is a superb real estate agent. We were impressed with Katie's communication right from the beginning to the very end. Katie was always friendly and personable, yet professional. She is very experienced in selling properties, and in particular had previously sold other direct-fix houses, which was helpful for our situation. Katie was 100% reliable, always answered our (many) questions promptly and accommodated our unique family situation. Katie went above and beyond what we would have expected, was very patient and thoughtful, and assisted with the various hurdles we had along the way. She did a great job of welcoming and communicating with all potential buyers when they came for open homes, or contacted her in other ways.
