We engaged Katie to sell our house in late-2024. The house wasn't a typical or conventional house and was something we had poured a lot of time and effort into so was bittersweet. From the first moment Katie breezed through the front door, she was professional, efficient, helpful but above all, showed a genuine interest in what she did. It felt like no task or query was too much for Katie, and she went above and beyond what I'd have expected for an agent (I've bought and sold numerous properties in the past). She made what was a difficult and stressful time a whole lot easier - we'll be forever grateful for this. When you meet Katie in person, you appreciate just how incredibly authentic and genuine she is, and this was evident throughout the entire process from start to finish.
