Fantastic Teamwork

We decided to sell our home in the North Island in August this year before we started our search for a new home in Canterbury to be closer to family. After enquiring online about a listing of Katie's in West Melton, we were put in touch with Jacqui who constantly kept in touch with any new listings, both on market or about to come onto the market, due to our constraints about not already living in the area. As it was expensive to keep coming down for either a day or two to continue our search, Jacqui would always have a number of properties to show us that were either already on the market or about to come onto the market. She was also happy to show us through other company's listings too and quickly developed a taste of what we were looking for. Luckily, we bought our new home through them after all the hours they had put in to help find us something suitable. We found that both Katie and Jacqui complemented each other really well, both during our search and buying process, showing empathy when needed to both parties. They have always been very quick to respond and offer great support. We couldn't recommend them both more highly. Thank you both so much for all your help.
