It started well but we definitely felt that we were paying a premium to be short changed and given the run around. Kept asking the first purchaser if issues were a 'deal breaker' then 2nd purchaser was entertained with ideas of us dropping the purchase price for something that wasnt in the contract! It seemed like we weren't even important at that point. We were glad to finally get it all done despite losing money and would not go with the agent again.
Katie had to work with just a single interested party, as our property was at the upper end of the market. Even though the initial offer was significantly below our limit, and we assumed we would need to try again later, she managed to get us an unconditional offer that was within our limit within a day. That outcome was well beyond our expectations. Communications with Katie were always friendly and to the point. At no time did we feel the need for more or less information.
Katie was knowledgeable, helpful and supportive at a very stressful time for us. She was also a great help with some of the finer points of our next somewhat ambitious purchase. Her communication was great and we felt informed at every step of our journey!
