Katie and Jon were amazing- from the start with their advice and understanding what we wanted to achieve. It was a tight turn around. Katie found us a house that we fell in love with prior to going to market through the large database at Eves. This meant we needed to move fast- from pulling the trigger on a Friday, we were online by the following Tuesday, and had a pre auction offer a few weeks later- we got more than we had expected and were able to buy the house we wanted as a result.
