Katie helped the reviewer buy this property

great agent, smooth experience, catering to the needs of the client

Katie Boyle was an amazing agent, worked through a few different homes that we looked at, and through all of them she went through them with a fine tooth comb making you aware of everything you needed to be aware of, she was warm, welcoming and down to earth and valued you as a client, followups were great and was even able to talk you through steps to take as a first home buyer, and how to go about things, with myparticular case it was drawn out over a period of months dues to situation, but Katie helped make those months fly by, always checking and making sure all was in order, she was absolutely amazing and made it such a pleasant experience in buying a first home, in future i hope to be able to work with her again and her expertise and look forward to the day i do, would happily recommend her to any potential clients looking to buy a first home
