I would like to believe that Katie gave us exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for us because she really likes us, however I suspect she does this for all her clients. Katie was very ethical to deal with, we felt that she was honest, fair and caring on both sides of the deal. She has the patience of a saint… all my annoying questions were treated with respect and researched and answered with exceptional detail. She even put boots on and took us on a tour of the farm, I think we hiked for a couple of hours - that’s dedication for you! It was Katie’s diligent follow up and gentle guidance that helped us work through initial mental barriers in relation to our purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision now. Without her input we would have taken the safe and easy option to stay put, but we realised we are ready for a big (but scary) lifestyle change. As a buyer, you respond to an Agent who takes the time to understand your needs and matches it with the seller. In this case she got the vendor an extra 50k as part of a chattel swap that the overseas vendor didn’t want to repatriate. A win win. Great agent. Move to Auckland!!!!!
