Every moment from the beginning of the marketing, I felt very easy and comfortable with Katie and Layne's well organized supporting including nice presentation, every detailed advises for selling and even physical helping for gardening...etc. It was a bit longer journey until getting sold the house compare to my expectation, however, fortunately I've got so positive and confident energy from them during the whole journey which means they worked very professional and wisely. The communication has been so wonderful and smooth between me and them ...and especially Katie, the Korean speaker makes me more comfortable with using same language with me , how convenient!!
