Early in this house buying/selling experience we chose Katia as our agent because she appeared to us to be very honest and professional. As it turned out this was only the beginning; she was much more than this. She was absolutely excellent at all stages of the process. The sale of our house was drawn-out and difficult and over the months Katia altered the advertising and marketing strategy regularly to show the property in different lights. While the length of time it took to sell the house was frustrating and annoying for us, Katia didn’t lose interest and took it all in her stride, she kept positive and encouraged us along at all stages. She was totally professional but at the same time was warm and happy. Her friendly bubbly personality made the process much easier. When buyers were finally found they required us to remove a large structure which we had built on the property. This was difficult and took a great deal of time and effort. To reduce the impact of this Katia organised a working bee. She arranged for her partner, her business colleague and herself to give up the best part of a whole day to assist with the heavy work of digging up the foundations of the structure. When it came to buying a property, she knew what we wanted and would call us when she found one in Bower’s listing or other companies’ which she thought suited our requirements. She didn’t waste her time or ours suggesting places which were not suitable. We have bought and sold many properties over the years but have never had an agent who was so caring, engaged and involved in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling or buying a property.
