A stressful time made into an easy and sometimes delightfully fun experience. The team of Katia and Joanne would be hard to beat. They show empathy and concern, shed light on every detail, every tricky question and then encompassed us as part of the family. Katia certainly has the ability to communicate and Wow!, negotiate. The attention to detail was obvious from Day 1. If this is a taste of all Bower staff, we are all in great hands. Thank you both, Katia and Joanna.
