I walked past an open home on the way back from the supermarket with some ice-cream. I saw Kathy and called out, 'How long are you going to be here?' She replied, 'Half an hour-come on in and have a look', so that is what I did. Victoria laughed when I said, 'I just went down to buy some ice-cream.' I liked the house, so went home to get my husband to come back and have a look together. Five days later and we were the successful bidder at auction! Kathy was very approachable, gladly listened to our story, showed our daughter through, arranged for another look through for us, and as they say, the rest is history. We commend Kathy and Victoria on being good for a laugh, and very down to earth. I think they were more excited than we were when they knew we had won the auction. Our daughter is very much looking forward to living in the little house and I think it will be perfect!
