We first engaged with Kathy earlier on this year to get an idea of the market in New Plymouth. She was very willing to visit and give us an appraisal. Timing then wasn't right, but Kathy kept a family member up to date. At the beginning of October, we put the house on the market. Once photos etc were taken and the property was listed online, things moved very quickly indeed. After just 2 days of viewings, we were presented with multi offers. The price she achieved was amazing. Kathy was very honest in advising what we needed to do to present the property and to accommodate an older person being in the house for some of the viewings.
