High level of communication through market appraisal process and throughout the marketing process. Good advice on staging which had a positive result. Appraisal was very accurate related to the final selling price and a successful sale in a short period of time in a very slow market. Happy to get over RV. Our agent matched the property to the eventual buyer perfectly.
