Experience makes the difference
Kathy offered great advice to help us get to market. Her communication with us was excellent. We were kept in the loop at all times. She negotiated hard to get the very best price in a tough market and encouraged all the Barfoot and Thompson agents to send their buyers. Kathy definitely went above and beyond.
