Kathy helped the reviewer sell this property

Everything you'd want in an agent team.

Kathy and Rachel are amazing. I had listed the house with another agency, which got me 6 months of nothing, so I was a little jaded when I signed up to B&T. But Kathy, Rachel, and their wide team of buyers agents were able to get four offers the first weekend that the place went on the market with them. I genuinely can not recommend them more highly. They were professional, efficient, effective, solutions focused, and got a great outcome in a challenging market. 10/10.
