Kathryn was superb from the start of our contact with her. A good people's person, more than helpful and very professional. She's been great to work with and made purchasing a property (through an auction) all that much easier.

We started looking at properties by ourselves (to no avail!) and were put in contact with Kathryn by a friend. It was clear straight away that Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate world, and using her as a buyers agent changed our experience completely. Her communication was clear and quick, we would chat and send voice note thoughts when it wasn't possible to chat on the phone. She absolutely tailored this to suit us. Kathryn really worked to understand our wants, and would watch us and listen carefully as we attended open homes picking up on the little things. She would send the next home suggestions with those in mind. We attended lots of open homes together and it was great for us to have Kathryn there as an unbiased person. It was clear she's so knowledgeable, and with it brings an air of confidence to a world we found quite daunting! We never felt like a bother asking her questions (and there were lots!) and was always honest when we asked her opinion on something. When we found a house we both loved, we had a quick turnaround for our first auction and Kathryn immediately got onto helping us with the pre-auction work required. We both have busy jobs and would have struggled ourselves to make time for all of the daytime calls and liaising needed, Kathryn had our back and no job was left behind!! Kathryn attended the auction for us and we were on the phone. There is no way we would have come away with the house without her. She knew how auctions worked and took the time to talk us through it and every scenario that might come up. On the day she used some great strategies we'd discussed to go in and win. Her confidence and professionalism at auction really worked in our favour. Kathryn was an absolute professional to work with and we would recommend working with her to anyone. There's no way we would have been successful at our first auction without her! Thanks again for securing our home for us Kathryn!
