Having purchased and sold my fair share of properties over the years, I've come across and delt with a number of Real Estate agents both here and overseas. I met Kathryn at a rural property I went on to buy and was impressed with her to the extent that I was confident to give her the opportunity of selling my Merivale property - which she subsequently did. Kathryn never sleeps! She lives and breathes Real Estate and her clients. There is no doubt that had it not been for her tenacity and expertise I would not have been able to purchase the property I did, and I wouldn't have sold mine. Her attention to detail with the marketing was 'spot on' and her commitment to achieving the right result was flawless. Shes not big on grandstanding about her achievements and flys a bit below the radar when it comes self-gratitude which is why I'm more than happy to give her an 11/10.
