We met Kathryn while looking to downsize from our family home to a retirement property. From the time we met, Kathryn was on the ball providing relevant information. She kept us fully informed of the process, patiently explaining how the auction worked and brought numerous groups to inspect our home. We were delighted with the result and would recommend Kathryn to anyone looking to sell their home.

We engaged Kathryn for her market knowledge, communication and professionalism. From day one it was clear that Kathryn knew the market we were in and over the whole campaign she had over 90 groups through the property which we considered outstanding. Her communication with us and our Lawyer was awesome. Our Lawyer commented that Kathryn was one of the top agents he had ever dealt with.

Our first contact with Kathryn was via phone. I was simply impressed with her honesty. Kathryn never put us under any pressure in leading up to us signing the contract. Her planning and advice in how she planned the sale process of our house was completed without pressure and Kathryn listened to our needs and thoughts. Our house did not sell at auction and Kathryn immediately came up with a revised plan on marketing our house. We were delighted when Kathryn presented to us a contract to sign. We could not fault the marketing of our property or how Kathryn kept us up to date during the open home process and other information that kept us totally informed. Kathryn did us proud in the sale of our property. Thank you, Kathryn. You are simply the best.

The ultimate professional who has all the knowledge in this challenging market to make the deal fly.

Katherine was very efficient, and great to deal with. Made our purchase smooth and hassle free.

Kathryn is what I would call a real estate agent a head of her time. She did not just sell our home she helped plan our future. This is a woman that is networking constantly to put the right people in front of the homes that best suits their needs. Her critiquing to get the best results for us was always actioned in a polite comforting manner. Her one on one approach, and always being available is undeniably rare. and lastly, Shane and I both feel we not only have found a wonderful agent to deal with we have made a lifetime friend.

Throughout the whole process of preparing our property for sale to settlement Kathryn's deep understanding and knowledge of real estate along with her unstinting support and assistance has been absolutely amazing. Kathryn is totally dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and does so successfully. Her clear professional commitment combined with her warm personality and sensitivity to her clients is outstanding. We highly recommend Kathryn for the best and most rewarding real estate experience. Our experience with Kathryn was wonderful. She was very warm and friendly. We felt supported the whole time..She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The best real estate agent we have ever dealt with.

Kathryn was more than a real estate agent, she fully supported us throughout the whole process with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. Her practical advice and help with preparing the house for the best photographs, taking the time to explain all sale options and working very efficiently to ensure a great result. Highly recommended.

Kathryn has been absolutely the best throughout our house selling journey. We had previously seen how wonderful she was, helping and guiding our daughter and her husband to buy in the tricky market of 2021. So we had no hesitation in getting her to sell our house. Her experience and knowledge of the market came into play so many times and she was always available for questions and advice on house presentation. I highly recommend! Liz and Ross Fowler

Kathryn was very professional, helpful with presentation of our property and put her all into achieving a great outcome, for both us as sellers and the new buyers of our home
