Kathryn and Rod are not only both caring and friendly, but are both very knowledgeable, professional and skilled at their job. While Kathryn took a more active role in our sales process, both of them were extremely accessible whenever we needed them. Kathryn's communication and willingness to go above and beyond was exceptional. They had the right touch when it came to selling our beloved home - understanding that while we were excited to be moving on with our next chapter, it was still a family home that we had a lot of feelings for. They were both respectful of the process we were going through, and enthusiastic about the potential our house presented to purchasers. They took the time to gain in depth knowledge about our house, its location and the things we treasured most about living here. There is nothing loud or showy about their approach - rather it is marked by a wealth of experience in dealing with, and understanding of people. We had a win-win result at auction with only one bidder, which took both a skilled, empathetic auctioneer (he was) and agent - Kath handled the negotiations with a deft hand, ensuring the completion of our sale process was as smooth as the marketing campaign had been.
