From the outset, Kathryn showed she had a firm grasp of the market. She communicated this well to us. Nothing was too much trouble for her- she answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Following the confirmation of the sale she continued to liaise with us, answering any questions/worries the new owners had about the property. She also had with her a new agent she was Mentoring, but it was not intrusive. In fact, his positive comments were helful.
