Excellent communication with patience and kindness

Kathryn explained everything in depth from the minute we walked into the open home. We had never brought before so we didnt know the process, but Kathryn made it so easy, and efficient, with kindness and patience and in depth information the whole process was amazingly better than I ever thought it would be buying a house. Leading us in the right direction and giving us the correct information with what to do next and a list of who can help us etc. Really pleased with Kathryns service and would use her again if the opportunity arose.
