A lovely lady who does her job extremely well
I found Kathy to be such a genuine person. She helped me so much and kept me advised on everything all the way through. She explained every step of the way and was always on hand to help with my stress levels. She was always positive and her bubbly spirit was amazing. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much. I would highly recommend her.
