I didnt want to sell the property, but i had to which makes selling a bit harder. Kathie was super helpful at explaining the process and referred me to an incredible gardener and stager. Went out of her way to get other teams thoughts and possible purchasers interest levels. Kept me up to date (and didnt over communicate) of what was happening. She worked with tradies to fix issues and even did some gardening herself! Thanks kathie, you made the hard process much easier!

Kathie was all round excellent to deal with. She was approachable and versatile when it came to viewing the property. The purchase of the property was seamless and she even guided us through the sale of our house at the same time, which was listed privately.
