Katherine knew all the ins and outs. We are 83 and she recognized our concerns. Impressed with the speed and way she installed impressive beds and bedding to replace our 2 spare bedrooms. Certainly looked much better and helped us get clients. Energy, expertise and caring much appreciated. Even with aids my hearing not too good. At times needs to slow down. Information and Vendors pamphlets outstanding. Photos great.
