Kath has made the process of listing and selling (a daunting task for us) a breeze! Kath outlined everything we could expect straight off the bat and exceeded our expectations all the way through. As this was a new experience for us she was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions or were unsure of any details. Working with Kath is like working with someone you already know that has your best interest at heart. She makes the effort to understand your wants and needs and her knowledge of foundations, structure, and fixtures of this home was a big part of why she was the one for us.
