Kath is fantastic. Having known her for some time now, she's perfect to deal with. Never afraid to take a call after hours or answer curly questions. Doesn't get caught up in big words or real estate talk - she communicates in a way that everyone understands. It's great dealing with locals who know locals. I will definitely deal with Kath again in the future.
