I had never dealt with Kate prior to my recent property purchase in Snells Beach. She seems to be a happy person who enjoys her job , she is focused, very helpful and has an approachable but professional manner. While promoting the property she was selling very well, she was not a pushy person - which I appreciated. When I requested further property information she responded promptly, it was also very easy to arrange a private viewing at short notice. I would thoroughly recommend Kate to both vendors and those looking to purchase.

Kate was help full, and friendly -we visited the property several times, and decided to put in an offer, after a bit of negotiations we came to an agreement, we were not the easiest buyers, with many of our own property delays that made the journey a roller coaster ride :)

I contacted Kate as I had dealt with her in the past and found her very helpful, genuine and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and she continued to be available and assisted with several matters after the transaction had taken place - above and beyond what she needed to. She kept me informed at all times and was very helpful regards the auction process. I would not hesitate recommending her - and have done so to a number of people.

Kate took care to explain her marketing proposal, met all deadlines and made clear and concise communications as promised. Kate was also diligent in presenting our property with good suggestions and support. We found Kate very trustworthy and reliable. We thank her for a great result.

Kate is familiar with the local market and came up with what I thought was a very realistic assessment of market price. Her communication throughout was superb and the price achieved was very reasonable in light of recent market changes.

Kate has a very good knowledge of Snells beach and the surrounding areas. We found Kate to provide a professional, friendly service and she was always available and accommodating for viewings when things were difficult due to covid restrictions.

Kate is a thoughtful and experienced practitioner. I am a widow, selling for the first time as a single person, Kate's support and constant feedback was invaluable Kate worked hard on my behalf through what turned out to be a difficult sale due to issues with my house that I had not been aware of At no time did Kate get pushy or try to lead me, she guided me through a sometimes scary and definately stressful process, her advice was at all times sound I am very happy to have had Kate as my agent and will recommend her to others who may be thinking of selling

Kate was great and went out of her way to help us. Kate worked in with us in every way . I highly recommend Kate as an agent she has great skills and and a real pleasure to work with. Harcourts are so lucky to have and agent this good a real credit to harcourts.

We found Kate to be very friendly and communicative. She kept us up to date and gave us plenty of information regarding all procedures and expectations allowing us to make decisions with the best outcome for us With all our dealings with Kate she remained calm and encouraging and quietly confident. We really enjoyed working with her and appreciated the fact that we didn’t feel pressured at any time

I got to know Kate as a very professional and down to earth person. She is friendly easy-going and flexible . Knows a lot and goes the extra mile to make shure everything is right. I am very happy how she handled our sale. I would highly recommend her.

We met Kate at an open home, and were impressed by her quiet calmness and readiness to help us with our search. She went about this in her efficient, skilful manner, not wasting our time on properties that were unsuitable, while at the same time keeping in touch with possibilities that were likely to fulfil the majority of our brief. We are happy to say that within a short period of time Kate had found the perfect home for us, and in her professional, calm and discrete way she completed the sale entirely to our satisfaction. Kate is a true professional and a very skilled agent. She is well respected in the industry and also in her own community. We are very happy to now be part of that community. She took the stress our of what can be a very trying time in a difficult market, and I can recommend her without reserve of any kind.

Kate makes it easy to go through what can be a very stressful experience, with her professional attitude, local knowledge & helpful manner...
