Kate helped the reviewer sell this property

Great team navigating a tough market

All credit to the team for their unrelenting focus on a sale outcome in an incredibly tough real estate market. Our property was on the market for close to 1-year and so there were a lot of highs and lows during that period as we navigated the shifting conditions in the market. So, top marks for tenacity and commitment. Regular communication, updates and engagement was important and appreciated, particularly during periods when there was increased interest in the property. Being local, Kate and the team are very well connected and have a very good sense for the dynamics in the local real estate market in Martinborough. Despite the market really shifting during our sales period, we did achieve an outcome that we were very pleased with in the end. It has been a pleasure working with the Kate Paterson team - they are wonderful people that work hard for an outcome.
