All credit to the team for their unrelenting focus on a sale outcome in an incredibly tough real estate market. Our property was on the market for close to 1-year and so there were a lot of highs and lows during that period as we navigated the shifting conditions in the market. So, top marks for tenacity and commitment. Regular communication, updates and engagement was important and appreciated, particularly during periods when there was increased interest in the property. Being local, Kate and the team are very well connected and have a very good sense for the dynamics in the local real estate market in Martinborough. Despite the market really shifting during our sales period, we did achieve an outcome that we were very pleased with in the end. As first home buyers, we were expecting the whole process to be pretty stressful and overwhelming, but we couldn’t have been more wrong! We made offers on two houses, with our second offer being successful, and from start to finish the whole process was incredibly smooth. Communication was fantastic, and they were always kind, caring, responsive and happy to help. Nothing ever felt like a problem, and we always felt supported and in the loop. Buying your first home is a pretty big deal, and having people who genuinely care and make you feel comfortable throughout the process makes such a difference. They took so much of the stress out of it that we kept waiting for the difficult bit to appear… but it never did! We honestly can’t rate Kate, Marcia & Jay highly enough. Professional, approachable, incredibly lovely to deal with and clearly passionate about what they do. We feel very lucky to have had them guiding us through our first home purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
